The chief guest for the programme, Shri Omkar Shivachara Swamiji of Hiremath appealed to all to set aside their narrow mindedness and come together to form a better society. Janab Ameer Jaan, local president, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Davangere welcomed the gathering in his inaugural talk. Earlier, Janab Ateequr Rahman recited from the holy Qur’an. Janab Mansoor Ahmed presented the vote of thanks.
