Gulbarga Region of Jamaat e Islami Hind organised a two day programme for its local leaders and selected members at, Gulbarga on 30th April & 1st May 2011.
Mr Syed Tanveer Ahmed, Bangalore spoke on topics Hazrat Umar(R) as a leader, Jamaat e Islami Hind – an introduction, current affairs and the Qualities of Islamic leadership. Mr MP Basheer Ahmed from Harihar spoke on Wisdom in the revolutions brought about by Prophet PBUH, events leading to the formation of Jamaat e IslamiHind, Discipline in the organisation-meaning & requirements.

Mr Hashmatullah Khan, former General Secretary SIO of India spoke on Tahreeki shavoor-meaning & requirements, and Training methods of Jamaat & Iqwaan. Mr Maheboob Alam Badgan Asst Regional Organiser spoke on Jihad-meaning & requirements, strengthening the human resources of Jamaat a need of the hour and on the biography of Qurram Murad. Mr Mohammed Ziaullah President JIH Gulbarga spoke on Biography of Moulana AbulAla Moudoodi, Mr Shameem Hyder, Raichur Zonal organizer spoke on the biography of Moulana Md Sirajul Hasan. Quranic discourse by Moulana M Salim Umri & Hadees discourse by him and Hafiz Kaleemullah Humnabad. Gulbarga Regional organizer Mr Mohammed Yousuf Kanni delivered the inaugural & concluding address. Yoga was taught by Syed Tanveer Ahmed. The programme was attended by 75 local leaders from the districts of Bidar, Gulbarga, Yadgir, Bijapur and Bagalkote
