Davangere: Youth is God’s gift. We should not waste it by indulging in bad habits. Youth who abide moral value can only live successful and happy life said Syed Mumtaz Ahmed, Member, State Advisory Council, Youth Wing JIH Karnataka. He was explaining the recent incidents of youth’s moral degradation very relevantly in a presidential address of Davangere district youth convention held at Rotary Bhavan, Davangere on 9 Feb. 2014.

The chief guest Moulan Abdul Gaffar Hamid Umri, Regional Organiser JIH Shimoga said youth should utilise the science and technological innovations for the betterment of the society rather than using it for evil purpose. He indicated his concern over spoiling the young age in drugs and harmful addictions.
