Hassan:  Public Quranic Discources in Kannada were organised by the Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Hassan Unit here in Kala Bhavan during 22, 23 & 24th December 2014 on the fundamental beliefs i.e. Touheed, Risaalath and Aakhirath presented by Janab Muhammad Ishaaq Puttur, Kannada orator and a member of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Mangalore.  This series of discourses was attended by hundreds of brothers and sisters of other faiths along with Muslim bretheren in Basavakalyan. Dr. Basavalinga Pattadevaru of Hiremath Sansthan, Bhalki, Shri Abhinavarudramuni of Gavimath Tiripuranth, Basavakalyan, Shri Jayashantha Linga Mahaswamy of Shantha Lingeshwar Math, Heernagaaoun, Meer Ahmed Ali Munshi, President, Muslim Baitulmal, Basavakalyan, Muhammad Mushtaq Bhosge, Chand Pasha Kabaadi, Mr. Moti Ram, former IGP, Bangalore, Pandit Nagaradhe, President, Bar Association, Basavakalyan, Qari Izharul Haq, Advocate Aleem Anjum and other dignitaries were the guests of honors during these sessions.
