Amir-e- Halqa JIH Karnataka Extends Condolences to Iranian People at “Yade Shohdaa” Program

In a heartfelt gesture, Amir e Halqa Dr. Mohammed Saad Belgami conveyed his deepest condolences to the Iranian people during the “Yade Shohdaa” program. He paid tribute to the martyred Iranian President, Ayatollah Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi, highlighting his humility and dedication to uplifting the poor. Dr. Belgami emphasized Raisi’s unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, describing him as a courageous voice for justice.

During the condolence meeting, Maulana Wahiduddin Khan reflected on President Raisi’s legacy. He detailed Raisi’s journey as a simple and humble man who selflessly served the Iranian people in various public offices before ascending to the presidency. The Iranian Consul addressed the gathering, criticizing the hypocrisy of Western leaders, particularly on human rights issues. He condemned the discriminatory practices that differentiate between Western and non-Western peoples, and exposed the exploitation of the Global South by Western nations. The Consul expressed hope in Indian leadership’s potential to guide the Global South towards a just and equitable world.
