**Former Karnataka Officials Discuss Muslim Community and Communal Harmony with JIH Leaders**

In a significant meeting held today, former Chairman of the Minority Commission, Government of Karnataka, Mr. Abdul Azeem, and former CEO of the Board of Waqf Karnataka, Mr. Mujeebullah Zaffari, visited the office of the Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH) Karnataka. They engaged in a detailed discussion with Respected Ameer Halqa Dr. Mohammad Saad Belgami, Secretaries Halqa Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Kanni, and Maulana Waheeduddin Khan Umari Madni.

The discussions focused on pressing issues concerning the Muslim community and efforts to promote communal harmony. During the meeting, Dr. Mohammad Saad Belgami highlighted the ongoing initiatives of the Jamaat-e-Islami Hind aimed at fostering understanding and unity among diverse communities. He emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts to dispel misconceptions about Islam and the Muslim community, underscoring the need for consistent and collective action to address societal biases and misinformation.

 

Mr. Abdul Azeem, expressing his appreciation for the efforts of the Jamaat, reiterated his commitment to working towards the betterment of the Muslim community.
