Gadag: A newly elected eleven members central advisory council of Girls Islamic Organisation Karnataka for the term 2014-15 has unanimously elected Zahida Anjum as president of GIO Karnataka in its first meeting held at K H Patel Sababhavan Gadag on 19 January 2014.
Zahida Anjum is daughter of Abdul Haseeb Hubli and was a General Secretary in previous term. She graduated in science from Dharwad university and completed BEd. Under the president ship of Zaida CAC also selected Qamrunnisa Mangalore as a general secretary and Nabila Almas Mulla Hubli as secretary.
In a concluding session of Members meet Afra Nishat Bangalore and Syeda Hafiza Begum Bellary were elected as CAC members in place of president and general secretary who were elected from CAC members.

Alhamdulillah it is great news to karnataka muslim girls to know that a new GIO president has been selected, I congratulate the president and her team for the good of future may Allah give them strength courage support of Almighty Allah and the mass.
