Mangalore: “The world can become heaven, If we strive to save communal harmony among religions” said Mangalore south MLA JR Lobo. He was Speaking as chief guest at an Eid Souharda Kotha, orgnaised by Pakkaladka’s  Jamat e Islami Hind and  Human Welfare Trust here.“

“Janab Ishaq Puttur spoke on the eid message that religion does not teach to polarise the society, rather it works for the good of the people.

Mayor of Mangalore City Corporation Mrs. Kavita Sanil, Corporator Praveen Chandra Alva, Founder president of Jappina  Mogaru Bunts Sangha Shasidar  Shetty Rev Siril Pinto, Brahmashri Narayana Guru Sehanganga president Shreedinesh Anchan, Dr Suresh Nalaguli, Jappina Mogaru Yuva Mandala president Sri Manoj Shetty all expressed their views.

Mr. A. Mohan Kottari President Mahadevi Bhajan Mandir, Satyanarayana Bhajan Mandir Jaya.K Bajal, Nityananda Shetty Paranjyothi Bhajana Mandir, J. Mohammed Suhail were present on this occasion. The program was presided by Jamaat-e-Islami State Advisory Committee member Janab Muhammad Kunhi.  President of the Welfare Trust Yusuf Pakkaladka welcomed the guests. Mohammed Sadeed recited verses from Quran. Sulaiman and Asiruddin Aliya compered the program.
