Children Rally @ Hoode, Udupi


Hoode: We never chose our religion while we born. The religion that our parents practice becomes our religion. So while practicing our religion, it is our duty to respect the religions of others, said Padu Thonse grama panchayath member Gururaj Bhat.

Gururaj Bhat was speaking addressing the rally for peace and humanity organized jointly by Hoode’s Students Islamic Organization of India, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind and Salihat English Medium School in Kemmannu – Hoode on Thursday 25th August 2016.

Jamaat-e-Islami Hind’s Idris Hoode said that, the constitution gives the rights given to the poor same as the rich. So we need to respect the constitution and follow accordingly, he said.

Before the program Malpe ASI Janardhan and Jamaat-e-Islami Hind’s regional president Abdul Khader Moideen symbolically inaugurated the rally by releasing pigeons. Padu Thonse Grama Panchayath president Fauzia Sadik conveyed her best wishes.

Students Islamic Organization’s local president Salahuddin, Salihat group’s secretary G. Imtiaz, manager Aslam Hikadi, Solidarity Youth Movement’s Husain Kodi Bengre and others were present. Shoeib Malpe compered the program. Yasin Kodi Bengre proposed vote of thanks.
