A two day workshop for education and career counselors was conducted by Board of Islamic Education Karnata at Azam Baitutmaal Library Mysore. 40 selected personalities from across the state participated. Professor Riyaz Ahmed Secretary Azam Baitulmaal, Tahir Husain Secretary BIE, Dr. Ali Khwaja career counselor Banjara Academi Bangalore, Sayeed Alvi Career Counselor Center for Information and Guidance India Kerala  conducted the workshop on different aspects of education and career counseling. Board is expecting these personalities who benefited by this workshop will guide the students at different levels said Tahir Husain who is the convener of the programme.
