Bangalore: On the occasion of Ameer-e-Jamaat Moulana Syed Jalaluddin Umari’s visit to Bangalore a special gathering of Ulama was held on Thursday September 4, 2014 at BIFT Auditorium Hall to discuss issues faced by the Ummah in present context. Moulana dealt in detail with the challenges faced by the Muslim Ummah in the changed scenario. Moulana appealed to ulama to set aside their differences and unitedly work out a practical strategy to elevate the Ummah to ensure their responsibility of presenting Islam to the fellow countrymen. Jb. Muhammad Atharullah Sharief, state president, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Karnatka and Moulana Waheeduddin Khan Umari Madani also spoke at the occasion. The ulama present in the programme interacted with the Ameer-e-Jamaat on various issues in the open session.
