Kandagal Jamia Masjid Inauguration by Sirajul Hasan

Bagalkote: Moulana Sirajul Hassan, former Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH) inaugurated newly constructed Jamia Masjid in Kandgal Village 60 km from Bagalkote on October 28. Shri Basawajaya Mrutunjaya Swamiji of Pancham Shali Peeta Kudala Sangama and Shivacharia Mahanta Swamiji of Nandwadgi Math were among guests of honor.

Speaking on the occasion Moulana Sirajul Hassan Said “The Holiest place on the earth is the place where the Masjid is built. It is the Place where a person meets Almighty. The conscious of once relationship with his creator will foster the communal Amity”.

More than three thousand persons attended the Programme out of which 60 percent were non Muslims.

Swamiji of Pancham shali mata lauded the activities of Jamaat-e-Islami and Said that JIH had been working to promote peace in the society.

Swamiji of Nandwadgi mata praised Islam and Said that “Islam is the religion which teaches monotheism and its tenet”

The festive mood was witnessed in the village on the day of the event. Muhammad Abdullah Javed, State President JIH presided over the function and Muhammad Yusuf Kanni regional organizer of Jamaat also spoke on the occasion.
